What is brine technology?

The process from brine production to brine storage and loading and ultimately to the spreading of salt brine in winter service is called brine technology.

In this area, we offer you not only grit silos, halls and brine generators, but also other specific brine systems. These include Brine pumping stations, special brine storage tanks made of GFK and Brine mixing stations.

Why brine technology?

Especially in winter service, quick solutions are often required for salt and brine spreading, for example, due to heavy snowfall. It is important that the process between the storage of the grit and the actual spreading by the winter service runs efficiently and smoothly. This can be optimally achieved with our brine pumping stations and combinable storage tanks. A special technology allows the double-walled structure of these tanks to be penetrated, resulting in increased loading speed. The systems therefore offer you a flexible and fast solution.

In conjunction with this, the brine mixing stations represent another system that optimizes your brine utilization. The station operates according to the just-in-time principle and produces the required brine concentration for you through a special mixing process. This ensures you have the right type of grit for your various requirements.
